personally believe, a priori, it is better not to report directly the patient from diagnosis to prognosis fatal because are multiple cases to prove it: that "hope is healing well" and that closing doors, even if it appears "objectively" (never is) there is no horizon, is perhaps one way to cut and shorten lives.
